  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheets.
  5. Slice the bananas and arrange them in a single layer on top of the cinnamon sugar.
  6. Sprinkle the dark chocolate evenly over the bananas.
  7. Roll up the puff pastry sheets tightly, starting from one of the long sides.
  8. Place the rolled strudels onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the strudels are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
