Gradually add the flour and milk to the mixture, alternating between the two. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Divide the dough into two equal portions. Shape each portion into a flat disc and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out one portion of the dough on a floured surface to fit a 9-inch round cake pan. Press the dough into the pan to form the base.

Bake the base for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled base.

Roll out the second portion of dough and cut into shapes to resemble snowflakes or castle turrets. Place the cutouts on top of the whipped cream.

Dust the top of the snow castle with powdered sugar and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
