  1. In a food processor, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the cold butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract, and pulse until the dough comes together.
  2. Shape the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a tart pan. Press the dough into the pan and trim any excess.
  5. In a bowl, toss the grapes with cornstarch and lemon juice. Arrange the grapes on top of the tart crust.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the grapes are soft.
