  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine walnuts, almonds, sugar, and cinnamon. Pulse until finely ground.
  3. Melt the butter and brush a baking dish with it.
  4. Layer 6 sheets of phyllo dough in the dish, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  5. Spread half of the nut mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.
  6. Layer another 6 sheets of phyllo dough on top, again brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  7. Spread the remaining nut mixture over the phyllo dough.
  8. Top with the remaining 6 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  9. Cut the baklava into diamond or square shapes.
  10. Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. While the baklava is baking, heat honey in a saucepan over low heat.
  12. Pour the hot honey over the baked baklava.
  13. Let the baklava cool and rest for at least 1 hour before serving.
