Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using wet hands, shape the matzo ball mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil.

Carefully drop the matzo balls into the boiling broth and reduce the heat to a simmer.
