In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped green onions, and garlic powder.

Place a small spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.

Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it in half diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
