Bailey’s Irish Cream was first introduced in Ireland in 1974 and has since become one of the most popular liqueurs worldwide.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur and vanilla extract. Set aside.
  4. In a separate large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the Bailey's mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the top of the batter.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.
  10. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
