In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, instant chocolate pudding mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Mix until well combined.

Stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips.

Pour the mixture into a greased crock pot.

Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, turn off the crock pot and let the cake rest for 30 minutes.
