Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush it with melted butter.

Layer another sheet of phyllo dough on top and brush with butter again. Repeat this process until you have 3 layers of phyllo dough.

Place the baby Brie cheese in the center of the phyllo dough stack.

Fold the edges of the phyllo dough over the cheese, sealing it completely.

Transfer the wrapped cheese to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the top of the phyllo dough with melted butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the phyllo dough is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Drizzle honey over the baked Brie wedge and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
