Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan.

Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.

Trim the asparagus spears and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then, transfer them to an ice bath.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.

Sprinkle the chopped artichoke hearts and grated cheese over the pie crust.

Arrange the blanched asparagus spears on top.

Pour the egg mixture over the filling.
