Melt the butter in a pan and add the breadcrumbs. Toast until golden brown.

Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.

Repeat this process with the remaining sheets of phyllo dough.

Spread the toasted breadcrumbs evenly over the phyllo dough.

Spoon the apple mixture onto the breadcrumbs.

Roll the phyllo dough and apple filling into a log shape.
