Crush the OREO cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed OREO cookies, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and ancho chili powder. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the balls rest for at least 1 hour.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and vegetable oil together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate mixture, coating it completely. Place the coated balls back on the parchment paper.

Sprinkle the crushed OREO cookies on top of each ball.

Return the baking sheet to the refrigerator and let the chocolate set for about 30 minutes.
