Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Friendship Bread Starter, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well.

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans.

In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the topping. Sprinkle the mixture over the batter in the pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaves comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pans for 10 minutes. Transfer the loaves to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the cooled loaves.
