  4. Pour peanut butter mixture over Rice Krispies and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Press mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and vanilla extract together in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
  7. Pour chocolate mixture over the Rice Krispies mixture and spread evenly.
  8. Let cool for 1 hour or until chocolate is set.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
