Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets. Steam or boil them until tender. Drain well and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, melted butter, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.

Grease a quiche dish or pie pan. Arrange the cauliflower and broccoli florets evenly in the dish. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
