  5. In a bowl, crumble feta cheese and mix it with the cooled mushroom mixture. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into triangles.
  7. Place a spoonful of the mushroom filling onto each triangle. Fold the pastry over the filling to create a triangle shape.
  8. Beat an egg in a separate bowl and brush it over the triangles for a golden crust.
  9. Place the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
