In a bowl, crumble feta cheese and mix it with the cooled mushroom mixture. Season with salt and black pepper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into triangles.

Place a spoonful of the mushroom filling onto each triangle. Fold the pastry over the filling to create a triangle shape.

Beat an egg in a separate bowl and brush it over the triangles for a golden crust.
