In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, dried onion flakes, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.

Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.

Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble it.

Add half of the crumbled bacon and green onions to the dip mixture. Stir to combine.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining bacon and green onions on top.
