1 Hour Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are believed to have originated in Sweden and were traditionally served on days with religious significance, such as Christmas or Easter.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 60 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 13.

In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, granulated sugar, melted butter, salt, and 2 cups flour. Stir well.

Add yeast mixture and mix until smooth. Gradually add remaining flour, stirring well after each addition.

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Punch down dough and roll out into a large rectangle.

Spread melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.

Roll up tightly from one long side and cut into 12 equal rolls.

Place rolls in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls.
