Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine zucchini, pineapple, flour, sugar, oil, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and walnuts.

Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
