Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs.

Add the grated zucchini, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.

Grease a baking dish with olive oil.

Pour the zucchini-cheese mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
