Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone cupcake liners.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Spoon a small amount of melted white chocolate into the bottom of each cupcake liner, spreading it to cover the bottom.

Place a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the white chocolate in each liner.

Pour the remaining melted white chocolate over the peanut butter, covering it completely.

Tap the muffin tin gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and let the cups set for at least 1 hour.

Once set, remove the cups from the liners and serve.
