  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. In a separate saucepan, heat the heavy cream until hot but not boiling. Pour the hot cream over the melted chocolate and stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the chocolate ganache over the Oreo crust and spread evenly. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat the granulated sugar over medium heat until it melts and turns golden brown. Remove from heat and carefully stir in the salt and caramel sauce.
  5. Drizzle the salted caramel sauce over the chilled pie. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
  6. Return the pie to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to allow the caramel to set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
