In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Stir until smooth.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.

Gradually add the melted white chocolate mixture to the cream cheese mixture, beating until well combined.

In another mixing bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings.
