In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract, and mix well.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the melted white chocolate and flour until just combined.

Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
