Crush the digestive biscuits in a blender and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual pie dishes.

Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir in the heavy cream, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
