White Chocolate Lace Cups
White chocolate is not technically chocolate as it does not contain cocoa solids, only cocoa butter.
This is vegetarian and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 55 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 7.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Melt the white chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and powdered sugar.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spoon tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each spoonful.

Flatten each spoonful with the back of a spoon to create lace-like patterns.

Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the lace cups are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes.

Carefully remove the lace cups from the baking sheet and place them over the bottom of a cup or glass to shape them.

Allow the lace cups to cool completely.

Once cooled, fill each lace cup with whipped cream and top with berries if desired.
