Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine cake crumbs, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Roll the mixture into small balls and insert a lollipop stick into each ball.

Dip each cake pop into the melted white chocolate, coating it completely.

Decorate with sprinkles.

Place the cake pops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
