S’mores are a popular campfire treat in the United States and Canada, traditionally made by sandwiching a toasted marshmallow and a piece of chocolate between two graham crackers.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  7. Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate layer.
  8. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  10. While still warm, press the broken chocolate bar pieces into the top of the bars.
  11. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
