  1. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined cake tin.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Divide the mixture in half. Add blue food coloring to one half and mix well.
  5. Pour the blue mixture over the Oreo crust and spread evenly. Freeze for 4 hours.
  6. Remove the cake from the freezer and decorate with silver edible glitter and edible snowflakes.
  7. Return the cake to the freezer for another 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
