  6. Roll out each portion of dough on a floured surface until thin.
  7. Cut out circles using a round cookie cutter or a glass.
  8. Place a spoonful of your desired filling in the center of each circle.
  9. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together to seal.
  10. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  11. Cook the perogies in batches for about 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  12. Remove the perogies with a slotted spoon and serve hot with your favorite toppings.
