Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic cloves. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the chopped tomatoes, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the tomatoes have softened.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss well to combine with the tomato mixture.

Make four wells in the spaghetti mixture and crack an egg into each well. Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
