  1. In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread mixture over crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted chocolate chips and 5 cups of milk. Add chocolate pudding mix and whisk until well combined. Pour mixture over cream cheese layer.
  4. In another bowl, beat 2 cups of whipped topping and 2 cups of cold milk until thickened. Spread over chocolate pudding layer.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat white chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat until melted and smooth. Drizzle over the top of the pie.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
