Triple Cheese Bake

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until melted and well combined.

Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheddar cheese, if desired.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
