Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a pie dish.

Slice the tomatoes and place them in a colander to drain excess liquid.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the bottom of the pie crust.

Layer the sliced tomatoes on top of the mayonnaise mixture.

Sprinkle basil leaves over the tomatoes.

Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
