Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute.

Add chopped onions and saute until translucent.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add diced paneer and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
