  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the base of a springform cake tin.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  4. Allow the cheesecake to cool in the tin, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake and sprinkle with chopped Toblerone chocolate.
  6. Slice and serve chilled.
