  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into desired sizes.
  3. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  5. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  6. Stir in thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  8. Spoon the mushroom mixture onto the puff pastry.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Brush the edges of the puff pastry with beaten egg.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  13. Serve warm and enjoy!
