  2. Roll out the pastry dough and line a muffin tin.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the vanilla extract.
  6. Slowly pour the butter mixture into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
  7. Stir in the white vinegar.
  8. Fill each pastry-lined muffin cup with the butter mixture.
  9. Sprinkle raisins and pecans on top.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  11. Allow the tarts to cool in the muffin tin for 10 minutes.
  12. Remove from the tin and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
