Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.

Fill each jalapeno half with cream cheese.

Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into 16 equal squares.

Place a filled jalapeno half on each square of dough.

Wrap the dough around the jalapeno and pinch the edges to seal.

Place the wrapped jalapenos on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each popper.

Wrap each popper with a slice of bacon.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the poppers are golden brown.
