  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix well.
  5. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture. Mix until well combined.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Stir in the mashed bananas and Greek yogurt.
  8. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
