Brush both sides of the corn tortillas with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook until the turkey is browned and cooked through.

Warm the refried beans in a small saucepan over low heat.

Assemble the tostadas by spreading a layer of refried beans on each tortilla. Top with ground turkey, lettuce, tomato, avocado, salsa, Greek yogurt, and cilantro.
