Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.

Add tofu and stir-fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Add broccoli, carrot, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, chili sauce, and lime juice.

Add cooked rice noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce over them. Stir well to combine.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.

Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
