In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well. Stir in the pretzels, chocolate chips, and M&M's. Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
