  4. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  6. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  7. Cut out desired shapes using cookie cutters.
  8. Place the cut-out shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
