  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, melted butter, and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add yogurt, eggs, and lemon juice, and continue to mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
