  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the milk until a soft dough forms.
  5. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1 minute.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle approximately 12x8 inches.
  7. Spread the apricot jam evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  8. Sprinkle the dried apricots over the jam.
  9. Starting from the long side, roll up the dough tightly.
  10. Cut the rolled dough into 8 equal-sized pieces.
  11. Place the pieces in a greased baking dish.
  12. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
