Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the milk until a soft dough forms.

Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1 minute.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle approximately 12x8 inches.

Spread the apricot jam evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the dried apricots over the jam.

Starting from the long side, roll up the dough tightly.

Cut the rolled dough into 8 equal-sized pieces.

Place the pieces in a greased baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
