  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract, orange zest, and lemon zest.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the orange juice and lemon juice. Mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the sour cream until well incorporated.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
