  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle shape on a floured surface.
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and brown sugar evenly over the dough.
  9. Starting from one end, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
  10. Cut the log into 8 equal slices and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and let the sugar rolls cool for 10 minutes.
  13. Serve warm and enjoy!
