Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle shape on a floured surface.

Sprinkle cinnamon powder and brown sugar evenly over the dough.

Starting from one end, tightly roll up the dough into a log.

Cut the log into 8 equal slices and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
