  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the bread into small cubes and spread them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until crispy.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the celery and onion, and cook until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the toasted bread cubes, cooked celery and onion mixture, chicken broth, beaten eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and evenly distribute the stuffing mixture into the cups.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  7. Allow the stuffins to rest for 5 minutes before removing them from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
