  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped spinach, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
  8. Let the mushrooms rest for 5 minutes before serving.
